How does PayGate integration work?
Pro users connect their preferred payment provider in Settings > PayGate. Once connected, a 'Pay Now' button appears on every invoice, and payment status updates automatically.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing cycle, then revert to the Free plan. Your first 2 months are always free.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted and stored securely. Payments are processed securely by your connected payment provider.
Does Illumi support South African VAT?
Yes, Illumi is built for South African businesses. All invoices support VAT calculations and display amounts in ZAR (Rands).
